 Tl- the contact owns a 2003 hummer h2. the contact stated that the brake pedal became extremely loose. the contact took the vehicle to a mechanic and was told that there was a leak coming from the hydro boost that had been recalled by the manufacturer. the contact spoke with the manufacturer and was told that the vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign id number: 04v45000 (service brake: hydraulic). in addition, the contact stated that the transmission would slip and the vehicle would easily slip out of park without the key being in the ignition. the contact was told by the dealer that the electronic park lock needed to be replaced, but the vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign id number:03v075000(powertain: automatic transmission. the failure mileage was unknown, but the current mileage was 37,000. kmj

 Tl-the contact owns a 2003 hummer h2. the contact stated the shifter linkage popped off and out of gear while driving at 35mph. the gear shift was in drive and shifted itself into neutral. the front pump transmission stop working it will not go into gear causing the vechile to be undrivable. the contact had to tow the vehicle home. the dealer was not contacted. the manufacturer was called and informed her there were no recalls and her vehicle will not be repaired. they also informed her to pay for the repairs. the failure mileage was 130,000....mw

 Tl-the contact owns a 2003 hummer h2. while driving 35-40 mph he heard a skip in the transmission. he pulled over to the side of the road and put his hazard lights on. he stated he waited a few minutes and restarted the vehicle he stated the vehicle would only drive in the lower gears. he called the manufacture and the dealer and was advised his vehicle was not part of a recall. he referenced recall 03v075000, power train:automatic transmission and stated he was having the same failure but was advised that his vehicle was not part of the recall. the failure and current mileage were 124,000. vwb

 2003 hummer h2 transmission cooler ruptured which leaked transmission fluid into engine coolant. required replacement of radiator, all coolant hoses and flushing both the transmission fluid and engine coolant. cost was $1,400. unknown if transmission was damaged from contamination of fluid. *tr
