| When consumer stepped on the accelerator vehicle had no power. in order to get transmission to shift gears consumer had to remove foot from the gas pedal. when starting to drive and stopping at a stop light it turned green and the vehicle resisted, it had no power. once starting to drive, 60 mph was the fastest it would go. then, smoke came from under the hood and consumer could smell transmission fluid. she pulled to the side, lifted the hood, and saw transmission fluid all over the vehicle.transmission burned up. consumer reported it to manufacturer, who told consumer that they could not help her because vehicle was not on recall. *ak | |||
