 Tl- the contact owns a 2006 hyundai azera limited. the contact was driving 10 mph when his foot was applied to the brakes and the vehicle un expectedly accelerated forward. the failure caused the vehicle to crash into four parked vehicles. the vehicle was not destroyed, and was towed to the dealer. the manufacturer was notified, but the vehicle was not repaired. the failure occurred on the three previous occasions. the failure and current mileage was 50,000. rvk

 Dt*: the contact stated while traveling over bumps there was a rattle under the vehicle. although the vehicle was inspected by the dealership multiple times, the problem was not determined. the consumer stated hesitation while pulling onto the highway and headlights on vehicle have dark spots hard to see. the dealer stated loose body trim, left front brake is grabbing, and rear speaker making noise. updated 10/25/07 *tr
