| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 hyundai azera. while driving 55 mph to approache the interstate and depress the accelerator pedal the vehicle would not accelerate more than 20mph. as the engine idle at 20 mph he drove home. the vehicle was taken to the dealerthe next day who stated the throttle position sensor failed and needed to be replaced. the dealer replaced the throttle position sensor under warranty. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 20,000....mw | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2009 hyundai azera. while driving at 5 mph coming to a stop and applying on the brakes the vehicle accelerated on its own. the contact then put extra pressure on the brakes when the vehicle stopped. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where they diagnose it stating that there was no codes and could not duplicate the problem. there have been no repairs. the failure mileage was 45050 and the current mileage was 46085.cv | |||
