SUSPENSION - REAR

Upon having my vehicle repaired for an illuminated check engine light, my mechanic discovered that my rear struts were leaking due to a manufacturing defect. my car has 28,000 miles on it. it was apparent to him that they had been leaking for a while, although this would be an undetectable problem to myself, the driver. my dealer refuses to repair it under the warranty due to the fact that it was discovered 2 weeks after the warranty expired.*jb
