 The car cannot accept more than 0.5 to 0.7 gallons of gas at a time when filling. it is necessary to stop filling the car for 20 to 30 seconds before adding more gas to the tank. if the gas pump runs too fast or puts more than the mentioned amount in, gas overflows out of the tank down the side of the vehicle. *tr
