 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 hyundai elantra. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning. the contact stated that he was able to restart the vehicle after fifteen minutes, but the failure recurred. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 30,000. sm.

 Blown head gasket on 2010 hyundai elantra with 18,000 miles, no warnings, first smelled something burning then noticed engine covered with oil and oil dripping to the ground, did not overheat. the gasket was replaced and i was told that the gasket was porous in an area (on the corner) and this is where the oil was coming out.

 2010 hyundai elantra. consumer states while driving all systems locked up *tgw the consumer stated the vehicle lost power for the second time while her son was driving. her son was unable to remove the key from the ignition and the vehicle had to be towed to the dealer. *jb

 Tl- the contact owns 2010 hyundai elantra. while traveling 40 mph the contact heard a knock from the engine and the vehicle lost all power. the contact was unable to stop the vehicle and the steering locked once it stalled. the contact was only able to put the vehicle in neutral at first and was unable to take the key out of the ignition. after letting the vehicle sit, the vehicle seemed to unlock and the caller was able to place the vehicle in park and restart. there was no warning lights or any other warning except for the knock from the engine. the failure mileage and current mileages was 1000.rl
