We have a 2007 hyundai entourage in which the seat belts consistently lock up and choke the passengers. they lock when the vehicle is in motion, not while stopping. the dealer and corporate offices claim this is normal operating procedure for the vehicle. they lock up and do not release unless the seat belt is unfastened which is unsafe while the vehicle is in motion but needs to be done or cause injury. *tr

12 yr. sitting in 3rd. row passenger side got middle seat belt tangled around his neck. he was unable to breath, i couldn't get belt untangled and the seat belt didn't have enough slack to get it off of him. i had to cut the seat in order for him to breathe. i was unaware that it could be released with a pointed object that can be pushed into a tiny silver area which releases it. he is fine, but it was very scary. *tr
