| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 hyundia entourage. while the contact was driving approximately 20 mph approaching a traffic stop signal, the front driver's seat unexpectedly collapsed in a backward motion as a result of a fractured frame bracket. the vehicle was maneuvered to a safe location and the contact re-attached the frame with a rope for a temporary repair. the same day of the failure, the contact welded the frame bracket for a permanent repair. the manufacturer was not notified of the defect. the approximate failure mileage was 100,000. js | |||
