| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 hyundai santa fe. the contact was driving approximately 40 mph and when pressure was applied to the accelerator pedal the esc and the engine warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. suddenly the vehicle failed to accelerate and was coasted to the side of the road. after waiting a few moments the vehicle restarted and resumed in operation. the intermittent failure occurred whenever the vehicle was in motion. the vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the problem. the approximate failure mileage was 70,000. js | |||
