| 2007 sonata both sun visors have failed still under 70,000 miles. the passenger side changed under warranty, it began sagging again a few months after replacement. yesterday the drivers side made a cracking sound, it is now completely hanging down, interfering with my view. | |||

| Both visors have broken, along with the drink holder in the middle console. there is a recall for a 2007 hyundai sonata in some states; however, my vehicle apparently isn't included in that. i have been reading forums on this problem and it is apparent it, in fact, is a problem and needs a resolution to both defects. i contacted hyundai about it and they say that my vin is not covered. i think it is ludacrous that hyundai doesn't take action to fix this and they will continue to lose customers. | |||

| Tl-the contact owns a 2007 hyundai sonata. while parked, the contact attempted to close the front passenger side window but it would not close. the contact had to manually push the window closed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostics and the technician replaced the window module. one year after the repair, the front driver side window would not open or close. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact that they would not repair the vehicle because the warranty had recently expired. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 24,000. kmj | |||

| Sun visors suddenly broke and fell into driver's field of vision. even when snapped into upright position, they drop and block visibility. this issue has not been experienced in any other vehicle. this is a safety concern and should be a recall item as research indicates that this has been a known issue for some time. | |||

| Sun visors will not stay up, especially in warmer conditions. this is a safety issue as when they drop to down position while driving visibility is impaired. almost ran a red light recently because they fell down and i could not see the light any longer. | |||
