| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 hyundai sonata. while driving approximately 20 mph she was involved in a crash in which she rear ended another vehicle and her air bags did not deploy. the front drivers seat belt also did not tighten during the crash. a police report was filed but no injuries were reported. the vehicle was not examined for the cause of failure, but was was repaired for body damages by an authorized dealer. approximately 14 months later she was involved in another crash in which she was rear ended and the air bags did not deploy. the drivers side seat belt again did not tighten during the crash. a police report was filed and she was reported injured. she was taken by ambulance to be treated for serious injuries. the vehicle was destroyed and towed to a towing company lot. it was not examined for the cause of failure and was not repaired. the failure mileage was 37,000 and the current mileage was 47,000. sm. | |||

| I was heading out of my driveway when my car was hit on left front side by a vehicle traveling on the road. that also triggered another collision in which my car hit another car parked on the street. the hood was gravely damaged. it was a total loss. the critical issue was that no airbag, whatsoever, was inflated to protect the safety of the passenger in the car. | |||
