| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 hyundai sonota. the contact stated that when you set the cruise control the vehicle accelerates past the normal few mph when going down hill. the contact was going down hill on the highway and set at 70 mph and the vehicle accelerated to 80 mph. the dealer stated that there was a problem with the vehicle, but they have no program to fix the failure. the dealer feels this is connected to hyundai | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a 2010 hyundai sonata. the contact stated that while her son was driving the vehicle approximately 55mph it started accelerating without driver intent. the driver said the rpm's went up as high as they would go. he put the vehicle in neutral to slow it down and got it to the side of the highway. he then drove it home and parked it without further incident. hyundai has not been notified at the time of the complaint. the owner does not feel the vehicle is safe to drive. the current and failure mileages were approximately 3,000. rd | |||
