| Tl-the contact owns a 2003 hyundai tiburon. while driving at approximately 35 mph the vehicle surged forward. pressure was applied to the brake pedal but the vehicle continued to accelerate until the emergency brake was engaged. the vehicle was shut off and upon restart she drove the vehicle at approximately 10 mph to her home. while driving home the vehicle would slightly jerk. it was towed to an authorized dealer where she was informed the motor mount was installed backwards and bolts were missing. the vehicle was repaired and the failure has not recurred. the failure and current mileages were 84,000. sm. | |||
