2007 hyundai tuscon. consumer states airbag system failure. *tgw the consumer stated she suffered a medical emergency. she rear ended the first vehicle, crashed into the side of another which then set off a chain reaction. the consumer believed the drivers side air bag should have deployed. four months after she purchased the vehicle, she received a recall notice in the mail regarding the air bag inflator module. the recall was performed at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased. since the accident, the consumer questioned whether the air bag inflator module was replaced with an equally defective part or was it replaced at all. *jb
