 Dt: the contact owns a 04 infiniti fx35. the contact smelled some type of odor coming through the vents. the odor smelled like mold. the technician at nissan stated that it was mold. *ak the fog light was inoperative, the bumper was damaged, the leather on the seats was wearing. *jb

 Tl*the contact owns a 2004 infiniti fx35. there was recall work performed on her vehicle for the exterior headlights (recall# 06v328000). after the recall work was performed she has been unable to see more than two feet in front of the vehicle while using the head lights. the dealer stated that the head lights were designed to work that way. the failure mileage was 36,000 and the current mileage was 37,000.

 Tl*- the contact stated while driving the 2004 infiniti fx35, the headlights will only illuminate the distance of about one and a half car lengths ahead. the road conditions were generally clear. the contact had the headlights replaced due to a recall. the dealership advised the contact they would be unable to do any adjustments on the headlights due to it being a federally mandated recall. the vehicle currently had an odometer reading of 30,000 miles. *ak

 Tl*- the contact took her 2004 infiniti fx35 to the dealer on 01-31-07 to have recall work performed on the vehicle regarding the exterior lighting: headlights (nhtsa campaign id number: 06v328000). the dealer replaced the head lamp assembly and contact stated that they only illuminate about 60 to 80 ft in front of the vehicle. at the point you only see a line and above that line is pitch black. the contact lives in a rural section where they are many roads with no street lights. the contact is concerned because she is having trouble driving at night. she can provide copy of invoice repair if needed. the failure mileages was 45000 and the current was 45700 miles.
