 Was sitting in traffic and car cut off and would not restart at all, had to call infiniti to have it towed. *jb

 Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti fx45. the contact attempted to unlock the doors with the remote but the doors would not unlock. the contact stated that he had to utilize the keys to unlock the door which sets off the alarm system. the contact stated that when the alarm would engage, the alarm would not shut off until the engine was started. in addition, the interior unlock button had become inoperable. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the failure and the dealer advised that the door actuator would need to be replaced on all five doors, including the hatch back at a cost of $400 per door. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact stated that the failure would only recur in hotter temperatures. he called the manufacturer but no assistance was offered. the failure mileage was 70,000 and the current mileage was 83,000.
