The medal bracket was cracked and makes the seat loose and move during driving. this makes the car extreamly dangerous. i have had 3 mechanics look at the seat and they have notified me that it was a failure in the steal bracket used to secure the seat to the frame of the car. i have also taken it to a infiniti dealership and they said it was wear and tear from the weight of the driver. i am the only driver of this vehicle and i am 6'0 & 176lbs. if this seat was the effect from wear and tear, then this would violate the lemon law act. next, this same vehicle also has a faulty gas gauge. this gauge does not accurately read the gas after a fill up nor does it ever go all the way to full tank. this was a recall on other model years from this manufacturar and was resolved. i beleive that my model, make and year was over looked for the fuel guage recall. | |||
