| The 3rd brake light (the one in the back windshield) comes on and off intermittently. it will go out while im braking or sometimes its really dim. i dont know what the issue is. i am constantly paranoid about the brakes lights since that is the only one i can actually see while driving. i catch myself braking if i pass a sign so i can see the reflection to verikfy that the other brake lights are working. it is a safety issue and it worries me. i dont have $$ to repair something that sometimes works and no one seems to know what the issue it. if it works sometimes, its not a fuse and i dont think its electrical b/c there is no pattern/rhythm to when the brake light may go out. with electric, it's either connected or its not. it doesnt come one from time to time. if this is a known error, according to several websites, then infiniti should recall the brake light and fix it. infiniti is a luxury vehicle and having an intermittent brake light is not something that an owner should have to contend with. that is not a maintenance or mechanical repair. it sounds like a faulty system. | |||
