| Technical service bulletin itb09-037 from infiniti states overheating of the brakes can cause brake judder. they recommend installing a brake backing plate, resurfacing, or replacing the rotors. i took my car to my inifiniti dealer and the plate was installed. the front rotors were resurfaced, brake pads replaced, and i still had the brake judder. i took it back and they resurfaced the rear rotors and recommended balancing and rotoating tires. i did this (at my own cost) and the brake judder is still present. the car had 15,000 miles when the problem occurred. i feel a mandatory replacement of the rotors and the pads at the same time is required. the warped rotors continue to cause vibration after resurfacing and my dealer will not replace them at cost. | |||
