 Tl* the contact owns a 2013 infiniti jx35. the contact stated that when placing the vehicle in reverse during the night hours the driver was unable to see what was behind them. the driver also mentioned that the back up camera does not help either because the reverse lights are not illuminated bright enough. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who was unable to provide any assistance since they were not able to alter the design of the vehicle. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. the failure and current mileage was approximately 1,400.
