| While driving my infiniti jx35 i have noticed that the air bag light, indicating that the air bag is turned off, will come on while my wife is sitting in the passengers seat. she weighs about 150lbs so the air bag should always be on with her sitting in the seat. *tr | |||

| The passenger air bag warning light illuminates (i.e., the warning light indicates that the airbag is off) even though there is an adult passenger sitting in the front passenger seat and that adult passenger is properly seated and wearing a seat belt. this issue has been reported by many infiniti jx owners online at www.inifintijxforum.com the danger is that we do not know if it is the warning light that is faulty (i.e., airbag will actually deploy in an accident) or if the airbag sensor is faulty (i.e., airbag will not deploy in an accident). *tr | |||
