| Tl* the contact owns a 2008 infiniti qx56. the contact stated that the drivers seat would move forward and backwards while driving at any speed. the vehicle had been repaired by the dealer several times but the failure persisted. the manufacturer confirmed that their decision to provide assistance was based on the dealers report. the dealer advised the manufacturer that the failed part was repaired. the manufacturer would not provide any additional assistance. the failure mileage was 12,000 and the current mileage was 31,000. | |||
