Defect SummaryVehicle description: heavy duty trucks equipped with air brake haldex automatic slack adjusters, long stroke brake chambers, and dana brakes. the automatic slack adjuster anchor brackets can fail due to fatigue fracture and completely separate, causing the slack adjusters to function as manual slack adjusters.
