Dt: this is a 16 feet enclosed cargo trailer where the brakes wired up, the wire on the frame was scotch locked which was a factory job. the scotch lock and the rubber kept the water. the consumer was concerned about snowy/icy conditions which could turn into a 20 lb block of ice and tear the wires apart. the consumer contacted the dealer, who urged the consumer to contact the manufacturer, however they were not willing to assist. the consumer noticed this on april 26, 2005. *ak |
