| My son was travelling on sr 417 on his way back to college. the isuzu began to shake violenty and he attempted to slow down. pieces of the tire began to fly over the hood and windshield and the vehicle cut sharply to the right, cutting across two lanes. it came to a stop on the shoulder of the road. when the insurance appraiser inspected the vehicle and tire, it was his opinion that it was a catastrophic blowout. no other vehicles were involved. *ak (tiresize: p225/75r15)( dot number: tire size: p225/75r15 ) | |||

| Myself and 4 others were northbound on i-35 near overland park, kansas, when the right rear tire of the vehicle suddenly failed. the tread separated from the core, and the steel belted cords separated. there were no adverse driving conditions at the time of the accident. we were not speeding, and the temperatures were not extreme. the tread depth was 11/32 at the time of the accident, which is like new. the tire failure resulted in significant property damage, extreme physical injuries and death. *ak( dot number: vd66yfn tire size: 30x9.5r15 ) | |||

| Long before the trouble with bridgestone/firestone, i called the company to report my tires riding and sounding bad. they were shipped from the factory as being out of round and the firestone on austin peay in memphis tn refuse to help and i was told to take my truck there. i offer to pay the different in cost because i did not report it sooner. please help me in getting new tires. this is the sole vehicle for my family. i am a believer of bridgestone/firestone and i for one will not give up on them. they are correcting the error in tire making and replacing all tires and i think that is great. please contact me: cleophus b lane, 4019 s lakewood dr, memphis tn 38128. i had my tires checked out sunday and they are effected and the threads will be coming off soon. there is a line of cracks all the way around the tire and if the threads are coming off. thanks. *ak( dot number: tire size: p245170r16 ) | |||

| Vibration in front tires not resolved after two trips to dealer for rebalancing. tires not included in the voluntary recall. i do not feel safe with my family on these tires, and want them replaced with a comopetitors brand( dot number: tire size: p235/75/r1 ) | |||

| During tire rotation studs/lug nuts became stripped when removing lug nuts. one of the studs broke loose from its seating inside the hub during removal of lug nut preventing wheel removal or lug nut retightening. all 12 front studs and lug nuts had to be replaced as they were all stripped. all 12 rear lug nuts and studs will have to be replaced as they are also stripping during wheel removal. the stripping of these lug nuts/studs is causing metal fatigue on the studs and they pose a serious saftey hazard due to possible breakage while vehical is in motion. | |||
