 (1) normal fueling and driving (2) fuel level indicator fails to report accurately, fuel lamp fails and lights prematurely; check engine lamp fails and also lights and seems to be triggered by the inaccurate low fuel level events; owner is annoyed at prematurely filling gas tank and would like manufacturer/dealer to resolve these problems. problem persists despite following dealer recommendations (3) dealership advised that 'check engine' lamp actually refers to the gas cap, dealer recommended tightening gas cap to resolve check engine lamp issue. refilling gas tank and driving a few miles resolved premature fuel lamp issue, but only temporarily. these issues reoccur within driving 50 miles of a full tank. check engine lamp issue persists. premature low fuel lamp issue persists. underestimated fuel level indicator issue persists.*ak
