Consumer was driving between 65-67 miles per hour in light-rain conditions trying to exit into another lane when the 2001 isuzu rodeo began to hydroplane and the consumer noticed immediately that the braking system was not working. the consumer loss all control of the vehicle when it then spun out in a 360 degree radius and hit into a cement barrier. the rear end of the 2001 isuzu rodeo was the first impact. after colliding into the cement barrier at unknown speed the 2001 isuzu rodeo spun out again in a 360 degree radius where it was then hit by 2 other vehicles. the first vehicle impacted the 2001 isuzu rodeo on the left-frontal corner (driver's side) and the second vehicle impact is not known. though consumer was wearing seat-belt restraint, consumer noticed the frontal air bags did not deploy. *jb

I hit another vehicle from behind (the front right, driver's side of my vehicle struck the right rear of the other vehicle) at about 30 miles per hour. because my airbag failed to deploy, i suffered bilateral jaw fractures and lacerations to the inside and outside of my lower lip area where my teeth went through my skin (10-12 sutures were needed on the inside and outside for this laceration) and another 15 sutures were needed to repair a laceration resulting from the inside of my mouth ripping apart where the lower gums meet the skin of my chin. because the impact of the accident was enough to total my vehicle right at the driver's area where i was seated, i believe the airbag was defective since it should have deployed and protected my face from these injuries. *tr
