| Tl- the contact owns a 2002 isuzu rodeo. the contact was in a crash. while driving approximately 35 miles per hour, the contact stated that the vehicle began to slide on one side, the contact lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle moved into the shoulder crashing into the barrier wall, causing the contact to loose consciousness. unconsciously, the contact pressed the accelerator pedal, causing the vehicle to continue to drive into oncoming traffic. the vehicle crashed into the bark of a tree, which flipped the vehicle in the air, landing on top of the vehicle facing oncoming traffic. the seat belt detached without warning and the air bags did not deploy. the driver sustained head, pelvic and spinal injuries and the passenger sustained trauma. both were transported to the hospital. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the failure and current mileage was 150,000. nw | |||
