| Defect Summary | Certain aftermarket fuel filters sold under the purolator brand name, p/n f65277, shipped from january 16 through june 2, 2006, for use on the above listed passenger vehicles. due to incorrect design, the quick connectors may not fully seat with the tube interface, even though the person making the connection may believe that the quick connector is fully attached. | |||||||||||||||

| Vehicle was returned on (three different occasions) to dealer in two different states to correct grinding sound near front wheels between november 2003 and june 2005. vehicle sprung a broken fuel line some time in late 2004. vehicle rear brakes locked on freeway ramp july, 2005 two weeks after dealer had installed new rear brake pads. the vehicle has too many defects in various areas for a three year old. my fear is that there is more to surface and i will be holding a lemon in the very near future. | |||
