| I bought a 2004 xjr jaguar. it was new and had dealer added chrome wheels($3,000 additional cost). the rims were defective and i asked the dealer to identify the supplier of the rims so that i could contact the supplier directly. the dealership says it did not keep a record of where it purchased the wheels. i have a difficult time believing that an automobile company or dealership is not required to keeps records regarding parts on a vehicle, especially parts as critical as the wheels. please advise. *tr | |||
