| Drivers side seat feels loose. upon starting and stopping, the seat rocks forward and backward and seems to feel unsturdy. i have brought this to the service dept. attention on more than one occasion. their response was, we've done all we can, we don't know what else to do! what they did do, ( i assume) is tighten the various nuts and bolts that hold the seat to the chassis. that did not fix the problem. i phoned the jaguar customer complaint dept., and advised them of this problem. they told me an area rep will contact me. after many calls, i have yet to hear from anybody. please help me since i am concerned a loose seat poses a real hazard in the event of a crash. | |||
