Tl* the contact owns a 2010 jayco grayhawk class c rv. the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign id number: 11v494000 (electrical system). the manufacturer was contacted in regards to the repair because the nearest authorized dealer to the contact was over one hour away. the manufacturer offered to pay a local repair shop to repair the vehicle, but they could not agree on a price to remedy the vehicle. the manufacturer would not reimburse the contact for the repairs if he were to pay a local repair shop to have the recall repair performed. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 8000. | |||
