Tl* - the contact called regarding the 1994 chrysler jeep grand cherokee. the contact stated the emergency brake handle became unattached. the brake light stayed on. the failure occurred in 1997 or 1998. the contact has not had the vehicle repaired.*ak the consumer states that emergency brakes on 1994, 1995, and 1996 are all the same brakes, but there was only a recall on the 1995 vehicle recall #95v172000 for that problem. update 05/04/07*tr
