| The vehicle tends to lag or stall during normal driving times. if you accelerate then let off the gas, then try to accelerate again, the car does not respond. it is like there is a dead pedal. it takes roughly a second for the car to respond, which isn't that long until you consider at normal in-town speeds, you can go almost 100 feet in a second. just enough time to get plowed in to! *tr | |||

| Push on gas nothing happens. continue to hit gas pedal then it kicks in. has happen several times. happening at least 2 to 3 times a week taking in tomorrow 6/20/09 because was bought new with 18 miles and now 37,000 miles on jeep ( pass warranty of course) to be covered i would think pulling out into traffic it would be considered a safety issue. talk to a mechanic that has work on several with a fly buy wire acceleration being the problem. *tr | |||
