| Seat belt failed to retract when exit and also failed to secure the belt properly. sometimes, it stuck and had to effort to release the belt properly. the seat belt was replaced under factory warranty. now, the seat belt returned same problem as original. i have to pay 100 dollars under contract to replace it. it may last for a year before have to replace again and again. i went to used car lot and saw jeep grand cherokee and found out the seat belt was loose and unable to retract properly. | |||

| I was stopping when i was rear-ended by a vehicle going approximately 60 miles per hour. the impact of the collision pushed me into the vehicle in front of me. my seat belt (one piece) experienced a partial failure. the lap band locked up, however the shoulder piece failed to lock, causing my head to hit the steering wheel. in the emergency room, i received 5 stitches on the bridge of my nose and am experiencing significant bruising and swelling of the face. *tr | |||
