| Commonly referred to as death wobble. wife drove jeep and experienced death wobble upon two occasions. husband had experience on at least two occasions. vehicle front steering assembly including tires will begin to shake uncontrollably as though bouncing from ground in vertical motion. immediate loss of steering control. seems to occur at about 45 mph when striking minor obstruction or turning in curve. brake application will not correct issue. only correction is to allow vehicle to slow under 45 mph. subsequent inspection by owner revealed no known issue. front tires were replaced and wobble occurred again at later date. vehicle was later gifted to son with warning. son's girlfriend later lost control of vehicle and crashed. vehicle was totaled and salvaged. | |||
