| Consumer was driving company vehicles (jeeps), the 1st jeep experienced an accident due to fractured steering gear arm which was rusted, the 2nd jeep experienced loss of control due to stability problems, on both instances the shoulder belts did not restrain the driver sufficiently and air bags had been removed, the driver sustained injuries in both accidents. *mjs | |||
