| Jeep compass. consumer writes in regards to vehicle acceleration malfunction. *smd the consumer stated her husband was driving at the time, the vehicle accelerated to over 90 mph. he was able to shift the gear into neutral and coasted to the shoulder. her husband then turned the vehicle off and back on again and all of the lights on the dashboard illuminated. a tow truck had to be called. the sudden acceleration happened for a second time. | |||
