 Tl- the contact owns a 2005 jeep liberty, the rear windows regulator failed numerous times causing the glass to fall into the door frame. the vehicle was taken to the dealer replaced the windows regulators under the warranty, but the failure wasn't corrected. the rear windows regulators failed aging on september 3, 2010. the manufacturer took a report 19926946 and advised they could assist with co-pay towards the repair. the vehicle wasn't repaired. the failure mileage was 83,500 and the current mileage was 84,000. li

 I have a 2005 jeep liberty renegade. my car has less than 25,000 miles on it, but three of the windows have had to be replaced because they fell down into the window well. the driver window is the only one that has not been replaced. each window has cost me $400 to replace!! *tr

 Dt: the contact owns a 2005 jeep liberty rocky mountain. the vehicle was purchased on august 25, 2005. when the vehicle was driven over 45 mph with the rear passenger window rolled down there was an extremely loud roaring sound that pounded the passenger's ears. he did not realize this when he purchased the vehicle because they did not test drive the vehicle with the windows down. the contact contacted the dealership, and they were aware of this design. the consumer contacted the manufacturer and they referred him to write a letter or e-mail the complaint. the consumer refused because he wanted to speak with someone in person. *ak *jb

 When filling the gas tank on this vehicle, it fills up and then overflows before after the filler shuts off. this spills gasoline out and onto the ground. potential for fire and it's bad for the environment. *tr
