Purchased jeep dec, 2006 for my birthday/christmas. as of 4 weeks ago, while sitting at a red light the brakes go to the floor. (1st time it occurred there was a whooshing sound). took it to dealership (on 3/26/07) where purchased and master cylinder was replaced. picked up from svc dept. on march 28th (wed) and then the next evening (thurs) it worsened. we returned to the dealership on fri., march 30th and as of today (april 5th)with liberty still there, they say nothing is wrong and that it meets daimler chrysler standards. and we are to pick it up. they will not refer where we can get it repaired and is fully under warranty. we own a jeep wrangler, no problems with that jeep. we need an explanation, before there is another crash as there was in port aransas, where the jeep liberty lost control hit another car and exploded and the people were burned beyond recognition! (on local news and port aransas website). *jb
