| Tl-the contact owns a 2008 jeep liberty. the smarts key that regulates the driver seat has fail. this key was use to move the driver side seat in place to accommodate the driver. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on numerous occasions but there is still problems with the key. the dealer has tested the keys by removing the chip and replacing it with a new chip but it still fail. the manufacturer was contacted who stated they talked with the dealer and they cannot repair the problem. they offered no other assistance. the failure mileage was 36,135.-mw | |||
