| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 jeep liberty. while driving at 65mph with the vehicle speed control on the vehicle speed suddenly dropped back out of gear for about a second and then re-geared back to the previous gear. this has been a continuous problem from the time of purchasing the vehicle. while stopping at a stop light there was a sudden jerk on the transmission and it changes gear as he continues to drive it changes in another gear and this is an automatic transmission that should not be changing continuously. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where they inspected the transmission and could not find any problems with the gears. they have not repaired the vehicle. the manufacturer was not contacted. the vin was unavailable. the failure mileage was 5,700....mw | |||
