 Tl- the contact owns a 2010 jeep liberty. while driving approximately 50 mph, the contact heard a loud noise when she loss control of the vehicle without warning, making it difficult to control the steering wheel. the vehicle was towed to the dealer, where they performed a diagnostic test, which concluded that the traction control went out and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the current and failure mileages was 11,081. the vin was unavailable. bw

 Tl*the contact owns a 2010 jeep liberty. the contact stated that the suspension bolts were loose when the vehicle was purchased. the dealer stated that the failure was due to the eft and baf warning light being illuminated. the dealer also advised the contact to take the vehicle to a collision shop to find out why the bolts were loose and that the vehicle may have been involved in a crash. the contact confirmed that the vehicle was not involved in a crash; yet, it was purchased that way. the failure mileage was 2,000.
