 Tl-the contact owns a 2010 jeep patriot. the contact stated that while stopped, snow slid onto the windshield and completely blocked his field of vision. the windshield wipers were not strong enough to remove the snow from the windshield. the contact had to exit the vehicle and manually remove the snow from the windshield in order to regain visibility. the failure had since recurred on an intermittent basis during snowy weather conditions. the vehicle was not taken to have the failure diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 2,000 and the current mileage was 15,000. kmj
