| We have a 2007 model jeep wrangler. we are having issues with the steering dampener. it has been recalled on several models except this one. we are having to replace it because we have the jeep death wobble. i have called chrylser and they say that they haven't recalled it on this model yet when we went to replace it at the dealership, you cannot purchase the original. you can only purchase the new one which requires all new brackets for installation. we have 2 friends that have the same model jeep that are hving the same issues. my husband was nearly hit head on by a semi because when the wobble starts it shakes the entire front end and you must slam on your brakes to make it stop. when he did this it threw him into the other lane almost hitting the semi truck. is it going to take someone getting killed to get this problem fixed?? | |||
