 Tl-the contact owns a 2009 kawasaski nomad vulcan.(n/a) the contact received a recall notification from the manufacturer pertaining to the electronic control unit. there was not a reference number associated with the recall. the dealer was notified and they refused to repair the vehicle until spring of 2011 due to the vehicle not being previously purchased at that specific location. there was no failure mileage. js
