| Defect Summary | Kbc tk-9 motorcycle helmets made with the ece liner, manufactured on december 8, 9, 10, 23, 26 and 27, 2002, and shipped to the united states on december 14 & 28, 2002, and january 13, 2003. these helmets do with the penetration test requirement of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 218, motorcycle helmets. | |||||||||||||||
