This letter below is the letter i sent to carlisle tire comp, and their response to me was they need to see the actual tire to determine if it was a tire failure. the tires looked like a retread the way they came apart and sent them the pictures. i bought a fuzion 302 touring edition toy hauler in october 2008 (the tires had 2008 on them). i have been using it to camp within 10 miles of my home. i decided to take a trip to arkansas in may 2010. on the way home i had 2 blow outs at the same time. in september of 2010, i was going to a lake 2 hours from me, i had another blow out. i would like an answer as to why tires that have less than 1200 miles, less than two years old can blow out so bad that is causes an estimated of 1258.00 of damage to my fuzion. the service manager told me that the tires from carlisle were bad, he said a recall had been done, but i was never notified of a recall. i have had to buy 6 total new tires, 2 with the first blow out in may, than i replaced 4 in sep. because jim |
