| Tl- the contact owns a 2012 keystone montana. the contact stated that the frame flexes on the trailer which was caused internal and external damage to the trailer. the manufacturer was notified and they informed him that the flexing of the frame was within the parameters of the design. the vehicle was taken to a dealer. the technician decided to put pin weight on the back of the trailer, re-glue the siding and add screws down the side of the vehicle. the pin weights were removed after twenty four hours. the remedy was not acceptable to the contact. the vehicle had not been repaired. the failure mileage was 3,000 and the current mileage was 7,000. pmb | |||
